New Guns: New guns are warranted by the manufacturer. However, as a complimentary service to our customers we will gladly handle your warranty issue for you. If we can repair the problem, then you will not have to wait for the gun to be shipped and processed by the manufacturer. If the firearms has to be returned to the manufacturer, we’ll do that free of charge.
Used Guns: Used guns, still in production, have a 30-day warranty. Lebanon Gun Shop will repair it or allow you full credit toward another gun. No refunds on any firearm - new or used.

Layaway Plan

We offer a 45 day layaway plan for in-house firearms.  With 25% cash down you can have 45 days to pay off your purchase.  All deposits are required in cash.  All deposits are forfeited if not paid-off in 45 days or if the layaway is cancelled for any reason.  If the background check does not clear, the $10 TICS fee and the 25% deposit shall be forfeited.

We will be happy to receive firearms from an out-of-state dealer. If you are purchasing a firearm from a dealer or from an on-line auction site, just have the dealer fax us a request for our FFL (615.547.9600) and we will fax ours out to them. Once we receive the firearm, we will call you and handle all the state and federal paperwork. The fee for this service is 10% of the value of the firearm plus $25.00 for state and federal paperwork.

We will be glad to sell your firearm for you.  Consignment terms are for 30 days.  The cost is 20% of the agreed upon sale price.  Consignment firearms returned to the Consignor will require a $10.00 fee to cover the cost of the background check (TICS fee) and a $1/day display fee for each day after the initial 30 days.  It is the Responsibility of the customer to contact the store to check on the status of their consignment.  The customer will NOT be notified automatically once the item has been sold.

We offer as a community service, for individuals who wish to sell or purchase a firearm, a place here in the store to conduct their transaction.  All we require is a Bill of Sale be prepared that includes a photocopy of each party’s drivers license (we have a form already prepared) and that we run the serial number of the firearm against the stolen firearms database.  The Lebanon Police Department does this in partnership with local firearms dealers.  This provides both parties a safe place to conduct their business and the peace of mind the firearm being transferred is not stolen.
